What you can expect
  • An introduction to Bell Seafood and an explanation of the course programme
  •  During the course information on the fish trade
  • Two gas grills and a char grill are used

The first part is done by the course instructor:

  • Apertif with tuna carpaccio and marinaded tuna slice
  • Shrimps and grilled scampi, served with salad

The participants cook in two or three groups:

  • Stuffed squid on peperoni vinaigrette
  • Salmon trout or organic trout and fillets with skin
  • Sea bass and bio dorade whole
  • Salmon butterfly
  • Whole fish with lemon sauce, served as main course
  • Dessert: grilled fruit with ice cream

CHF 100.00 per person
Number of participants
Per course at least  8 participants are required. Individual persons are of course also welcome and will be contacted when there are free places in a course.
