An introduction to Bell Seafood and an explanation of the course programme During the course information on the fish trade Two gas grills and a char grill are used
The first part is done by the course instructor: The participants cook in two or three groups: Stuffed squid on peperoni vinaigrette Salmon trout or organic trout and fillets with skin Sea bass and bio dorade whole Salmon butterfly Whole fish with lemon sauce, served as main course Dessert: grilled fruit with ice cream
